On average, humans spend six years of their lives waiting. For Felix, the tension was clear: Canadians are stuck waiting, second-guessing, and putting off medical care, even when what they need can be fast, simple and effective. We built a new platform to show a modern way to access healthcare: on-demand, clinician-led, and stigma-free, with treatment delivered straight to your door.

We turned the waiting room into purgatory: drab, stale, and painfully familiar. From there, we dramatised moments that pulled Felix’s benefits into focus across a breadth of concerns like weight loss, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, and menopause – turning private, awkward problems into recognition, relief, and action.

The result? A brand platform that makes the promise instantly clear: Stop playing the waiting game, and get care on your terms.
