From doorbell ring, to rush.

DoorDash wanted to show the breadth of their delivery offering – from game day snacks to pharmacy meds – while connecting emotionally with a unique Canadian audience. So instead of relying on the conventions of the category, we told a universal story about anticipation – expressed through joyful, raw, narrative dance. The doorbell chimes, the dopamine kicks in. 

Directed by Nick Ball and choreographed by Ryan Heffington, ‘Your Door to More’ tossed the standard ‘cool dance advert’ rulebook aside, cranked up a little-known ‘60s banger, and let evocative, messy, glorious movement take over. Different occasions and delivery moments were connected not by shouting delivery items, but through high-craft execution that couldn’t be missed.

The results?

The work received international press coverage, an onslaught of social reactions, some shiny hardware and an unprecedented lift in brand sentiment: unaided awareness, favourability and intent to use DoorDash rose across Canadian markets. The campaign is currently running for its second year nationwide.
